Hi, I just found out that sending of file, creating screenshots or sending pics via group chat is not available. Is there a plugin that can be added for this to be possible?

There is no such plugin for Spark and this is not a supported feature in general in xmpp specification of group chat.
Are there different clients like Spark which can do this feature?

I have never looked for a client with that feature. I know that some clients do a workaround for this, when the file is actually put in some storage and only link is sent to the room. Maybe a server has to support this also. Sorry, can’t help much with that.
I tried a 3rd party like pidgin but the send of image or file is greyed out, I’m guessing it’s a capability on the server.

Maybe, or maybe they just provide same settings for both one-to-one and group chat and just gray out what is not available. As i’ve said, i haven’t looked into that. The main MUC specification doesn’t have support for that.
