I have some conference room on the server, and I can not connect for one, just for this one. It worked before.

The error states that you have to use nickname reserved for that room. Nickname registration is enabled in this room and you have registered first with some other nickname. Maybe you have changed your nickname in Spark recently (in Profile). So, either change your nickname back or ask admin to remove your registration or disable that setting.
