I am running Wildfire 2.5.1 with MySQL 5.0 and Java Runtime Environment 1.5.0_06.
I have been asked to use a single server for multiple companies. I’'m using grouping to keep the contact roster sizes down.
For example: I have CompanyA and CompanyB. CompanyA has caAccounting, caPayroll, caSoftware, etc.
What I’'ve done is add all the users to CompanyA, but not make CompanyA visible. I then add the appropriate users to the other groups and make those groups visible to those in CompanyA.
I’'ve noticed that certain people are not appearing in their groups when users sign on. However, if I go and check the group configuration it appears correct. A sign off/sign on seems to correct the problem.
Is there a known issue related to groups (or what I’'m doing)?
