Groups keep saying not found in admin panel

Whenever i create a group and set it up, if i try to go back to it at a later time it gives me an error. below is the error any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. I cannot delete the group either from admin panel as well.

HTTP ERROR 500

I’ve seen this post but no where on there does it say how to fix?? pretty much just says uninstall and reinstall older version

The post marked as the Correct Answer has a workaround (substituting the %B with %20 in the URL). You can also change your group names to have no spaces. Or you can upgrade to 3.9.3 or downgrade to 3.9.1. I would always suggest upgrading to the newest version. But i have myself moved back to 3.9.1 because 3.9.2/3.9.3 has a nasty memory leak https://community.igniterealtime.org/message/239423#239423
