I have set spark up and configured it to how I’d like it to run, and it all works as planned when it’s run on an Administrators account but when its run on a Users account, it hangs at the authentication stage. When it hangs, if you log in to the admin panel, it says that it has connected. Can anyone help?

This could be a permissions issue of Sparks local files.
It is almost certainly a permissions issue. What operating system are you using? Has the Spark folder been created in the user’s profile folder? Does the user have rights to the application folder? What version of Spark? See images below for examples of Permissions and Spark profile folder.
