This message comes up when a handful of people login. The interesting thing is the people are still employed by the company. I have seen other posts in reference to this but havent been able to resolve it. We are running openfire 3.6.3 and our users are using the Pandion 2.5 client. It gets quite annoying for some people so any help and suggestions would be appreciated.
Not an answer to your question, but I had the same issue. It seemed to occur after someone had actually removed a user from their contact list and re-added them. Then everytime the removee logged into the server this message would pop up. Just an annoyance as you said but it has never been resolved.
