We are currently running a 2 server Openfire 8.2 hazelcast cluster with LDAP authentication. We are having an issue when new LDAP users are added they are not showing up in our shared roster list. The new users are able to log in and can communicate if jabbered directly.
In the web interface they show up in the user-summary.jsp page and show they are part of our shared group but they do not show up in the “Members of This Group” list on the group-edit.jsp page.
Is to possible to get a bug opened for this issue? Or is this perhaps a caching issue?
We have restarted the cluster in the past to fix the problem, but we would rather not have to do that everytime we add new users.
