Hi,

I promised that I would get back if I found a fix for Spark talking to Google Talk.

Yes, it is very simple. I found it the other day, but I guess that it was too soon

before 2.5.6 was released:

Basically copy the latest Smack jar files to the /lib subdir of the Spark

installation directory, restart Spark, and voila! Spark connects to GTalk.
