Usually my server runs about 400 packets per minute. Yesterday it was doing about 150000 causing many issues. There are no errors or warnings logged. Last night I upgraded to 3.5.0 and today still see the same issue. Has anyone else seen this? Any fixes?
Do you have debugging turned on?
It may also be worth doing a tcpdump on your server for a few seconds, just to see which host is generating the traffic.
I enabled the debug log but that did not turn up anything of interest.
That is a good idea, I’ll run a tcpdump next time problem recurs.
