Hitting X in windows to close client leaves it open as a process

Hello All

I have a new install - when my users click the X rather clicking on the “Spark” menu item and exit - the process stays open. When the user wants to go back and reopen spark, they cannot. We have to manually go into processes and kill the spark32 process.

Most of my users are not savvy enough nor should they have to do this.

any way to fix this?

this is common among alot of im clients. the X is minimizing spark to the system tray.
