How can an agent answer multiple calls via the spark client?


Out of the box, the spark client only allows you to work in 1 chat session at a time? We want to give chat agents the ability to handle x number of chats at the same time. e.g. Agent 1 can handle a chat that may last 20 minutes and be interrupted by say 1 other chat request or 2 other chat requests. Is there an easy way to do this?

I should have stated the fastpath plugin and its ability to handle multiple chat requests.
