My project is web-based. it’s a B2C online system, I need a chat system to communicate from customers to suppliers. because customers always don’t use application, they are view pages online. So I want Spark Web to resolve my problem, But , how can I config and User it? Please tell me the way and method. Thanks!!!

This isn’t really the right forum for this question. Spark Web is only included in Openfire Enterprise Edition (not the free version) and so you would probably get more help in that forum.
