Nope, Smack is just for XMPP.

Indirectly:

Find and register with a jabber-to-M$N gateway using jabber:iq:register packets. You can use Service Discovery (see JEP 30) to try and find a gateway.

Send messages to the gateway.

Read JEP 100 (Gateway Interaction) for more info about gateways.

Note that you need a jabber account and to already have a MSN account - you can’'t create a MSN account via the gateway.
