Admin console–> Server > Server Manager> email setting
I have noticed that feature before but I have never known what it is for. Will it email all the user if I click on “Sent Test email”? (I don’'t want to be a spammer. ). How can I use the email setting feature?

If you click “Send test email…” button a new dialog will appear where you can specify to which emailaddress you will send the email. The “from” address is the email address of the user you are logged in to the admin console as.
The email setting feature specifies the settings for sending mail from the server. One way to use it is by the Registration plugin which can send an email when a new user is created.
