How I can translate and keep the program functioning?

Hello!

I’m trying traslate Spark. The program’s language is Portuguese. But the status is english: Available, Away, extend away…How translate my status’s options?

I used the langproper-0.54.jar to editing file spark_i18n.properties and

used native2ascii for encoding of UTF8 to ascii this file:

spark_i18n_pt_BR.properties.

But, when i zip this file with others spark’s files again in jar format, the program no more execute.

how I can translate and keep the program functioning?
