Hi:

Is there a way to add contacts manually (from some shell script) to users? I would like to share some contact to a lot of users of my organization, but I don’t want to enable the Group sharing feature of Openfire, so I really want to add some specific contacts to my users from command line.

Please give me some idea how could I achieve this. Thanks

P.D: I’m using Openfire on CentOS Linux 5.4 with Active Directory integration.

I’m not aware about any command line implementation of this. The only thing i know is that you can open user’s roster in Admin Console and manually insert contacts there.
