How to Build Spark or plugin?

Hi,

I tried to build Spark and some plugins unsuccesfully, I am getting this error on netbeans:

Could not resolve dependencies for project org.igniterealtime.spark.plugins:meet:jar:0.0.5: Failure to find org.igniterealtime.spark:spark-core:jar:2.9.3 in https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]

Can’t comment on this error, but in documentation folder in the source code there are two documents on how to setup it in Eclipse and IntelliJ. Maybe this can be helpful for Netbeans as well. We don’t have many Netbeans users here. https://github.com/igniterealtime/Spark/tree/master/core/src/documentation
