How to Change Red5 Video resize?

hello, everyone!

I have a problem. when I use red5 video phone to another one, the video size is only 160X120. So the video is very small.

of case, the video size is adapt to lower bandwidth, but when i use Spark at LAN, my bandwidth is high, the small video is not very happy.

So, how to I chang red5 video size? for example, 320X240 or 640X480.

I think others have same problem. Hope good friends give me a answer.
