How to connect 3 openfire server

No tutorial, but you should look into Server to server menu in Admin Console.

I haven’t done this myself and i don’t have time for step by step support. Essentially you will have to enable S2S on every server. Add other two servers to allowed list on each of the servers. Also make sure firewalls are allowing incoming connections on 5269 port. Then try in a client adding a user from another server. Then S2S connection should be established. Watch the logs on the server for errors, if it doesn’t work.
