I’ve deleted a global canned response under Fastpath | Workgroup Manager | Workgroup Settings | Canned responses
But all the agents still able to see it in the sparks client. Have I missed anything?

I found out the reason why its still showing eventhough it has been deleted from the Admin page.

I had to restart the Openfire service to clear the cache
