How to implement file translation from peer to peer with Smack API and JiveMessager?

That would be JEP 65… and it’'s not actually peer to peer. A socks5 proxy has to be involved. This proxy can be started by the sender, or a public proxy can be used.

I have completed this and am awaiting approval from the smack developers.
