i am doing a project in asp.net. in my project i have to use jabber for instant message service.
can any one give me a sample project or some inforation about how to do that.
Do you really want to integrate a java server within your project? Do you want to use JNI to do this? Are you writing a client or a server and what specific information do you need?

i am doing a web project where there should be some option of jabber clients application like speak or Trillian pro supporting the cross platform IMs.ie i can send a message from my site to one of my yahoo or hotmail contact using my id and password.

did you take a look at http://www.mabber.de/ which is a finished application? The author did also write JSJac, his homepage is http://zeank.in-berlin.de/
I’'m sure that I did not yet understand what the aim of the project is.
