How to not allow to add contacts / allow broadcast only

Hello,

I have a few questions in regards to WildFire/Spark. We are looking into rolling out this product to different set of users. Some questions I have are:

  1. Can we make the chat a one way process…so in essence a bradcasting by administrator only scenario.

  2. Is it possible to send a broadcast message from outside of the wildfire administrator/spark? If I were to use a third custom application that triggers an alert and sends it as a broadcast message to a particular group of users?

  3. How can I remove or restrict a user from adding contacts?
