How to prevent one user from entering any other room

Hi everyone,

I would like to know how to lock in a user into one room, and thus, prevent them from exiting their room, or entering any other room.

I am using this in a public library, at book kios stations. I am creating a single account and room for each kiosk, so a user can chat to a staff member whose job it is to answer questions, in where to locate a book.
