How to retrieve the web clients referer URL in spark client

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me how to retrieve the web clients referer URL in the spark side? In the spark side, there is a link called “View more information” and if I click that link it shows me, the location and the referer. I need to customize the spark client. Can anyone please tell me, where can I get the source of it. Thanks in advance.

Did you mean two client share the same content when they browse web link?

Hi,

No am not talking abt co-browsing. If the customer and the agent joins the chat, the agent can see the details about the customer’s URL (Referer). In the spark there is a link called “View more Informaton”. It will display the URL from which the customer has joined. I need to get the URL. Can u plz help me?
