How to run openfire in background?

there is openfire.sh in /opt/openfire/bin .

this file can run openfire . but i logout linux the process was killed.

how can i run openfire in background?

Use “openfire.sh &”.

I have another question.In fact, I want to use some commands to start or stop openfire.Eg. ./openfire start ,

./openfire stop, ./openfire status something like wildfire.

Then what should I do?
