How to run the spark customized plugin with IDE （eclipse）

At the plugin management memu there are some installed plugins,when I delete it, how to install it. At the same time, I’v developed some plugins,however,I don’t konw how to run it with Eclipse. Can anybody help me ?

compile the plugin and place it in you spark install folder

But it won’t take effect in IDE Elcipse.Do you have other methods?
