Http proxy or jep-0025 login to JM?

now ,there is a part of client only access to internat for proxy .we used exodus (0.9.11) login to JM,as seting it :

Exodus Tools|Options|Network:custom HTTP Proxy: Use IE Settings (IE does work

correctly).

Login profile|Details

Connection

        jabber id:test@cbxx.cn

SSL:

Use StartTLS whenever the server allows it.

Proxy:

Type: HTTP

All other fields in this tab are greyed out.

Exodus’’ error ''Looking up SRV: xmpp-client.tcp.cbxx.cn

Direct DNS failed… Using server: cbxx.cn’’.

who used proxy method login to JM,Is it supply proxy method or JEP-0025 for JM.
