frist plm Unable to load the specified JDBC driver. Please verify the name of the driver is correct and that the driver is in the classpath of this server (usually the ‘‘lib’’ directory). If you add a driver to your classpath you will neeed to restart the server.

if you are using Windows OS and SQL , make sure you install the latest JDBC Driver from Microsoft http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ee91ad1a-1ee4-49e1-95ea -e3f0e39114a9&DisplayLang=en
