I configured OpenFire and Spark last year. It worked great. It was integrated with Active Directory. Yesterday in Active Directory I moved two employees from one OU to another OU. The changes weren’t being reflected in Spark. I opened the Spark Console and poked around. I must have clicked on something I shouldn’t have because the next thing I know the console shut down and Spark will not work.
The openfire service is running on my Windows server. I stopped it and restarted it. Did not resolve the problem.
Rebooted the server. The service started up just fine. Did not resolve the problem.
I can no longer log into the Openfire Console with my AD credentials. I get:
Login failed: make sure your username and password are correct and that you’re an admin or moderator.
Any suggestions on what I should do next?
