I use install4j Pack the Spark,but corrupted characters in somewhere

  1. I use NetBeans Compiler the Spark Source,it is Successful,then I run the target/build/bin/startup.bat,all is ok and no corrupted characters appear.

2.Then i use install4j to pack the Spark to .exe and it is also Successful;but when I setup and login ,it is garbled in somewhere such as the statusbar and the ContactList.

Then I find that where the corrupted characters appeared is that I changed the java code.

My OS is Windows Vista Chinese,

I think maybe the encodeing cause this.

Maybe My English is not good.
