ICQ Trasnport and contacts' status

Hey there. Yesterday my ICQ transport got broken. I can chat and everything, but I dont see the status of my ICQ contacts. A frind of mine recieved a message from his jabber server maintainers, that ICQ has some protocol changes, Is it true? Is there gonna be a fix?

ICQ transport is working fine for me, with Spark

Yeah it’s working for me as well. =/ Did they provide any details about said protocol changes?
