Important user has been blocked and I can not undo that

hello…I´ve been using Spark for a little time here in the company that I work…

I recently blocked a contact of live messenger (hotmail.com)…

And when I use the oficial live messenger the contact is still there and it isn´t blocked, or removed…

But still is! : / . I can´t see him online, and even my e-mails to him are rejected!

What should I do? How to undo this?

I wonder how did you block him. Can’t find such option in Spark. So, you say that contact appears blocked even in Live Messenger? maybe you should search for unblock option in Live Messenger or as in its support.
