Install4J is not free software, Spark should not use it to build

Hi,

Install4j is not free software, Is there other options to build Spark for Windows?

I haven’t tried it yet myself but I will soon once I get my debugging/compiling complete.

Install4j is very suitable to Spark’s needs, Install4j is one of the cheaper options out there compared to some of the other installers.

I wrote a Nullsoft installer for it, but there hasnt been much interest in it.
