Integration for mysql table

Can someone integrate wildfire with a table of a DB of mysql? I have read on the integration but I make myself slightly confused. I am going to put here the information of my table for look if some person is so nice of giving me the corresponding instructions.

TABLE NAME: UserSessions

Username TABLE: Usernames

Password TABLE: Passwords

It should be nearly as simple as described there, but please take also a look at JM-787 as some part of the documentation is wrong.
