Please introduce useful and practical openfire plugins.
My needs were voice call and file sending, so I installed External Service Discovery, HTTP File Upload and PionTurn plugins.
If friends have experience working with other plugins that are useful, please introduce them.

What plugins are or are not needed is very dependent on the use case that you have for your service.
A good approach could be to use the compliance checker of individual clients, that automatically test if your server provides the features that it expects. If not, you can look for plugins to add the missing bits.
