Invalid Username / Password Error

Many of my users are having difficulty logging on to Spark. Even I am having difficulty: In the morning I will type in my password (correctly) and click login. I get the “Invalid Username / Password” error, I can click login again several times and get the same error. (The password I originally typed in is still in the password field at this point.) Eventually, after 4-5 times of clicking login it will usually log in. Also, when I go to the Admin page, this same problem can happen. I KNOW I’‘m typing the password in correctly, but I get an Invalid Username / Password error several times before the page accepts my credentials. My users are all using Spark 1.0.2 or 1.0.3. We also recently upgraded from Jive Messenger to Wildfire Server. I didn’'t notice this problem on Jive Messenger. Any idea why this might be happening and what I can do to fix it?

Did this start happening on an updgrade or fresh install of WildFire?

It was a clean install of Wildwire 2.4.0.
