We need to find an application to achieve the IM fuction. Is there a new method for compatible with SIP and XMPP protocols?

Personally think Jisti may fit your need.

Thanks for your suggestion. We use the Jitsi now, but we need to find a windows client to replace Jitsi for some reasons. Do you konw other applications?

Or other methods also can be considered.

From a quick Google search, there appear to exist solutions that act as a bridge (or ‘transport’) between XMPP and SIP domains. One example that I found is DesignXMPP - SylkServer - AG Projects. Note that I personally have no experience with this at all.

Have you tried to use Pade plugin for Chrome on Windows client side + Pade plugin on Openfire server side as a solution?

Hi russrao,

We tried it. But it can not use the SIP protocol. And we need to have a call with outside, Pade do not have the Dialpad in the lastest version. Do you konw any other windows client?
