Is there a way to use Spark with video conference using ejabberd?

I set up ejabberd as openfire give me problems with the new released letsencrypt certificates.
ejabberd does work fine with spark and wonder if spark can handle STUN/TURN video conference on port 3478 and 5349.
Any info will be highly appreciated
