Is there ay Openfire Vendor support available
No, all products here are maintained by a few volunteers. I guess there might be some not affiliated companies/people doing support for this, but i have no contacts or heard about such.
If you ask in https://www.igniterealtime.org/support/group_chat.jsp there might be someone up for a freelance job. But no official “vendor” support.
