Is this conference room feature somewhere?

Hello!

v2.2.0beta

When I go to build a consistent room, instead of adding individual JIDs into the member list, is there a way to add a whole group in at a time?

Hey Michael,

I filled the issue JM-324 for this improvement request. Meanwhile, you can use Exodus or some other XMPP client that allows to specify many JIDs at once.

Just a clarification, I am creating the persistent room from the administrator web interface and not a client. That’'s where I need it :).

Gotcha. I initially thought that you wanted to be able to enter a group of JIDs but now I see that you were asking to be able to specify a JM Group so that its users could be added. Nice feature request by the way. I’'m going to update the jira issue.
