Issue about Chinese characters in openfile.xml and openfile.xml 's encoding

I have a MS SQL database,whose name contains Chinese characters.

The first time after setup openfire everything runs OK.

But if I stop openfire and start again, the config file, openfire.xml, its encoding was changed to UTF-8 from ANSI and the Chinese characters turned into messy characters.

I think it’s a bug of Openfire.
