Issue with OpenFire 4.0.3 setup

I am having an issue with a new OpenFire that we are creating. The server that we are installing OpenFire 4.0.3 is a Windows 2012 server VM within VMware 5.5. We are doing a LDAP/Active Directory set up with our environment. We have been able to go through most of the OpenFire configuration but we run into a hang up after the ‘Users Settings’ connection back to our AD environment. We are able to “test settings” because it sees our users within AD. Below is what we see before getting to the next last step.

HTTP ERROR 500

Thanks, I have filed it here: [OF-1219] ClassCastException on setup-ldap-user.jsp DefaultUserProvider cannot be cast to LdapUserProvider - IgniteRealt…

Although unsure how this can be reproduced, Greg provided a fix to prevent it from occurring. The fix will be part of Openfire 4.4.5 and 4.5.0.
