Well, a few places have issues with translation still SPARK-2129 Translations garbled in Idle for message and typing notifications.

SPARK-1914 Replace JxBrowser with JCEF switching to LoboBrowser for now and SPARK-1914 Replace browser implementation with JCEF created to switch to JCEF in the future.
SPARK-2069 Loses connection when someone is sending messages or typing notifications As it is only happening with older Openfire version, closing for now.
SPARK-2068 Emoticons are not working after Smack 4.3 update
SPARK-1978 Documentation is missing in the package
SPARK-2080 Spark exits on first run with a fresh profile This stopped happening after recent changes.

Removed SPARK-1865 Update bundled JRE with the latest version as we are already using the last free release (202) and i guess this is not blocking us from release (Openfire is also bundled with this version). But keeping this ticket with 2.9.0 fix version for now.

SPARK-2070 Should automatically login after accepting a certificate
SPARK-2053 Spark GUI freezes on login cannot reproduce now with a fresh profile.
SPARK-2038 Handle self-signed certificates more gracefully now it asks if you accept self-signed certs and enables this setting, if you press Yes and then asks to accept the cert. Better than having to go to Advanced settings to enable that setting manually.
SPARK-2079 Certificate is not added to truststore on first login
