Java 6, Spark 2.07, WildFire 3.1.1 and broken file transfer

Does any one know if Java 6 is compatible with Spark & Wildfire? I did an upgrade on my machine (as well as to the server) to Java 6 (1.6.0) from Java 5 (1.5.10). Everything seems to be working fine, but I am now unable to use File Transfer in a chat session.

I am running Vista with Spark 2.0.7 and can’'t send a file either. I did not upgrade the java on the server.
