java.lang.IllegalStateException while running openfire

i have downladed the source of openfire and build it now when i run the soucre code and try to use

http://127.0.0.1:9090/ or http://localhost:9090/

i am getting following error , can anyone please help me over thsi

I restart my laptop and now its working
