Any chance of implementing JEP-0022 delivered event? I need to have more reliable XMPP transport and such server confirmation would be helpful.
It is on clients side - question for server is invalid.
The client can’'t reply by saying that the user is offline, so this is definitely not only client-side.
see JEP-22:
“If the message is stored by the server, the server must raise the requested event (offline) by sending a message to the sender”
