Folks,

Which ports does Jingle use to establish voice calls?

I can make voice calls in my LAN but I can’t do this when I try to call people in another network. Spark shows the following message:

  • Unable to establish connection. This is due to firewall settings

Any ideas?

Wildfire 3.2.4 Server and Spark 2.5.6 Client

It happens two situations when trying to establish voice calls between clients on different networks:

  1. I could establish voice call but after 15 seconds I can not hear the other person anymore, but Spark is still showing that the call is active.

  2. Spark shows the message : “Voice Chat Ended: No media received. This may be caused by firewall configuration settings”
