Jingle / Voice chat with Gtalk client not enabled

Hi,

I have installed Spark 2.5.8 and tried to make some tests. I just wanted to make a call to a Google Talk client, but I have no “Voice chat” button visible. When I try to init the call from the Google Talk client to Spark, it says that my contact client (ie spark) does not have Voice call enabled…

I have tried to log on different servers from the Spart client, but no luck. I can see the Jingle plugin in the plugin list. Am I missing an obvious point ???

Hello,

Unfortunately, Google Talk and us don’t have the standard Jingle XMPP Extension implemented. So we can’t interop for now

We are looking foward to standarize Jingle implementation to XMPP Jingle Standards and hoping Google Talk do the same.
