please can someone help to and teach me how to locate the latest version of spark? i have asked this question before and a nice guy (@Walter Ebeling) have point me to a SVN release post

i tried that version on my windows 7 64 bit enterprise boxes and some users feedback that the popup notification when new message arrive sometime will not work. i would like to see if later version will have this fixed?
also, can someone point me the way to get the letest build, even source code is fine and guide me how to compile it myself?
